Apparatus Class for Maximum 3 Persons for this New Year block. Both Men and Women are welcome to come and enjoy practising Pilates in this gorgeous studio set in peaceful surroundings in these New Year months and take the opportunity to create a leaner, stronger, more mobile body, whilst also using breath to feel better in spirit. The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning is the art of strength, stretch and control. Legendary physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates developed this unique exercise program in the 1920s. It is a full body conditioning system designed to develop and improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. In these apparatus sessions we use The Reformer, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Exo Chair as well as small props, such as small weights and balls, bands and magic circles to create a truly fabulous work-out for muscle tone, posture, mobility, balance and strength. ONLY 3 PLACES AVAILABLE in total for a truly semi-private class. The block of classes run for 4 sessions in March and bookable in it's entirety and will run with a minimum of 3 people. So you could book with a friend or two and make it your weekly gift to yourself to choose something incredibly good for body and spirit.
