Service Description
Both Men and Women are welcome join us to practice Pilates is this fabulous space, in Grantown on Spey. The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning is the art of strength, stretch and control. Legendary physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates developed this unique exercise program in the 1920s. It is a full body conditioning system designed to develop and improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. In these mat-work sessions we will also use props, such as small weights and balls, bands and magic circles to create resistance and build muscle tone. The class takes place in the light and warm Church Hall of St Columba's in Grantown on Spey. I'm looking forward to teaching in this wonderful location. Everyone is welcome as we can adapt each exercise to make it relevant and accessible to all. The block of classes run for the duration of 8 weeks and bookable in it's entirety.
