Service Description
Don't underestimate what Pilates can do for your body and sense of wellbeing. Both Men and Women are welcome join us to practice Pilates is this fabulous space, in Nethy Bridge. The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning is the art of strength, stretch and control. Legendary physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates developed this unique exercise program in the 1920s. It is a full body conditioning system designed to develop and improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. In these mat-work sessions we will also use props, such as small weights and balls, bands and magic circles and gliding discs to create resistance and build muscle tone, challenge balance and coordination and with the aim to get our bodies feeling in tip top condition. We are practicing in the fabulous village of Nethy Bridge, in the wonderful light and warm space of the Nethy Bridge Community Centre. The block is bookable in it's entirety and runs for 9 sessions. This offering will run with a minimum of 8 people. Fall in Love with Movement.
